Bookings for The Lakes Convention - Fri 6th to Sun 8th February 2026
STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of £50 per person, which includes £40 accommodation deposit and £10 registration fee. This payment is non-refundable however it maybe transferred to another guest to attend in the same year of booking.
The balance is to be settled with the hotel no less than 2 weeks prior to arrival. It is your responsibility to contact the hotel to arrange payment.
ROOM RATES
Standard rate is inclusive of 2-nights accommodation (Friday 6th & Saturday 7th Feb) meals and tea/coffee throughout the weekend.
There is an option for an extra night on Sunday 8th Feb and the convention programme is extended for remaining guests.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be notified at the earliest possible opportunity in writing to info@thelakes.org.uk
Cancellations within the 2-week period prior to arrival are liable to 100% of the room cost, otherwise, these costs fall to the committee.
Whilst we understand that unforeseen events may not be avoided, please note that due to our contractual obligations with the hotel to fulfill minimum numbers, short-term cancellations are not only seriously disruptive but can damage the future of the convention.
